Incidents, alarms and events in information and control systems

Information and control system (ICS) creates the complete functionality of system intended to utilization of information. If we consider information system and control system as two different systems, every system consists of some special form of monitoring application which draws attention on activities (data) with higher level of importance than usual information and data. This paper presents designing a system that connects monitoring of information from business and production unit in corporation implementing the solutions from incident management to lower level of control (alarm and event subsystem).
