Applications for admission or re-election to Institute membership, in the grades of Fellow and Member, have been received from the fcllowing candidates, and any member objecting to election should supply a signed statement to the Secretary before November 25, 1953, oi January 25, 1954, if the applicant resides outside of the United States, Canada, or Mexico.
