Abstract :
A method for narrowband minimum phase filter design, based on the interpolated FIR (IFIR) structure and the mipizing, is proposed. The interpolator in the IFIR structure is a sharpened comb filter. It is shown that this filter is of the minimum phase type, and that consequently mipizing needs to be applied to the shaping filter only
