Abstract
The determination of the parameters of frequency, pulse width, bandwidth and beamwidth is discussed. The equipment is then described in detail showing how the desired design features were realized. It operates in the 3-cm waveband and uses a variable pulse width, an automatically-centreing time base, and a plastic aerial of good dimensional stability.
