Abstract :
The Institution´s Annual General Meeting, the twenty-sixth since Incorporation, was held at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine on Wednesday, 2nd December, 1959. The Chair was taken by the President, Professor E. E. Zepler, Ph.D., who was supported by other officers of the Institution and members of the Council. When the meeting opened at 6.5 p.m., 52 corporate members had signed the Minute Book: in addition, a number of non-corporate members were present.
