Winfred H. Stueve (M \´43), consulting and mechanical engineer, Oklahoma City, Okla., has beed transferred to the grade of Fellow in the AIEE "for contributions to the use of electric power in the petroleum industry; particularly to the movement of oil and gas through pipe lines."
