The Plated Circuit in the Large-Scale Production of Television Receivers

The etched foil and plated techniques of producing printed wiring are compared. A detailed description is given of the plated circuit method. The advantages of the plated circuit are: greater reliability due to improved soldered connections to components, absence of curvature of the board, and ease of replacements of components.
