Abstract :
The segmentation technique divides a partially reconstructed image into a region where resolution is best and the remaining region. This region is removed from the image, and the reconstruction process occurs solely in the high-resolution region, increasing its resolution still further. The process is repeated, but this time the region for which the resolution has been improved is removed from the image. The quantity of artefacts throughout the image is further reduced by performing more iterations of this segmentation technique
