  • Abstract
In this issue, we follow up on our efforts in 2009 and 2007 to highlight the rapidly evolving technologies of cognitive radio and dynamic spectrum access, beginning with a guest editorial on this topic from Preston Marshall. We would like to continue to encourage our readers to send us suggestions on the topics and trends in radio communications they feel should be addressed in the series ?? we look forward to your feedback!
