  • Abstract
    This paper presents a comparison between a new statistical procedure that computes the distribution of output voltage from the circuit of a typical logical function unit, e.g. an m.o.s. inverter, and experimental results. The comparison shows that the statistical approach is an effective method for assessing the fabrication yield of the inverter circuit.
