Abstract :
At high sampling rates, the resolution of time-interleaved analogue-to-digital converters appears to be limited by the path mismatches, which produce distortions in the output spectrum. Adaptive calibration structures, which can converge in the mean are described. They operate in the background and significantly improve the converter performance
