Abstract :
Maximum-likelihood estimators of an accelerated life-test model are derived and their properties are assessed. A factorial design is used to examine the effects of (1) number of levels of acceleration variable, (2) censorship time, and (3) sample size. The maximum-likelihood estimators of the various parameters are found, and their biases and mean square errors are reported
