Abstract :
The paper discusses a method for the simulation of third-order linear transfer functions, having a simple pole at the origin, with the aid of only one operational amplifier and a two-terminal network consisting entirely of resistors and capacitors. The design equations and conditions of physical realizability are given. Some of the salient advantages, disadvantages and limitations of this technique of simulation are briefly mentioned.
