Abstract :
Broadcast towers are shared by numerous communication systems, which generate a very complex electromagnetic environment, and have to comply with safety standards based on International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection guidelines. To verify compliance with those limits, it is necessary to develop a new measurement system enabling accurate determination of the strength and phase of the local orthogonal electric field components
