Abstract
The various forms of electrical interference in nucleonic reactor control equipment have been recently studied in the U.K.A.E.A. The results of this work are discussed and an analysis is made of interference due to interconnecting cables. Other causes of interference are mentioned and a method ofin situtesting is described which can be used to diagnose the sources of interference pick-up and to establish the interference sensitivity of a completed installation.
