Abstract :
This paper includes a selection of papers presented at the Second International Workshop on High Performance Computational Systems Biology (HiBi 2010), which was colocated with the joint ICGT/SPIN conference, that was held at the University of Twente, Enschede, The Netherlands, on 27-29 September 2010. The selected papers cover a broad range of bioinformatics topics, including medical imaging, Markov clustering, simulation, model checking, and gene networks.
