Salvation army relief workers in Haiti are replacing handwritten paper index cards with a barcode-based tracking system to manage the distribution of food, shelter and medical supplies to families in a temporary camp in Port-au- Prince. Delivery and logistics firm UPS has donated and adapted the software.
