Abstract :
AS I PREPARE TO WRITE THIS column, I find myself struggling to come up with timely and relevant topics. So much has been happening lately, but given the three-month lead time that all contributors to IEEE Power and Energy Magazine must work with, it´s sometimes difficult to provide communications that are not “old news” by the time you read them. Hopefully my messages below will contain some timely information for most of you.
