Broadband Transparency and the Measurement Lab

Vinton Cerf graciously agreed to prepare this article for the I&M Magazine. He is the Chief Internet Evangelist for Google Inc., and he was the keynote speaker at the IEEE 2010 International Instrumentation and Measurement Technology Conference. He accepted the invitation tendered by Ruth Dyer, at the time the Instrumentation and Measurement Society´s VP of Publications, to prepare this article based on that keynote address in which he both challenged the audience to pay attention to some very important issues and engaged them in interesting and lively discussion.
