AIEE planning committees begin their searching task

The two new subcommittees of the AIEE committee on planning and co-ordination are actively at work on their assignments to review the organization, methods of operation, and scope of the technical and the professional activities, respectively, of the Institute and of other engineering and scientific societies. This survey is intended to lead to specific recommendations of ways and means by which the Institute more effectively can pursue its stated objectives and thus better serve its membership.
