Abstract :
An ultrasonic device for powder transportation is presented which is composed of a pair of bending-vibrators facing each other across a gap. By exciting the two vibrators in phases different from each other by 90 degrees both in time and in space, powder sucked into the gap from an end is transported and sent out from the other end.
