Abstract :
A class AB switched-current memory cell for analogue sampled data applications is introduced. Simulation results confirm the cell to have an order of magnitude better power efficiency than the conventional class A memory cell operating under similar conditions. The application of the new cell in a switched-current integrator is also presented.
