Abstract :
New air navigation equipment, which can be combined with existing equipment to comprise a complete system that gives distance and direction information to pilots of fast commercial or private planes and which is of major importance to air safety, has been announced by the Federal Telephone and Radio Company, Clifton, N. J., a division of International Telephone and Telegraph Corporation.
