Abstract :
Education programs for engineers working in the T&M industry should cover the basics well. An engineer needs an educational foundation that he or she can build on for an entire career. Leading-edge computer technologies (hardware and software) are critical to the development of test instruments. Analog design and digital signal processing of analog signals are also key design skills required by instrument manufacturers
