Abstract
In this article, we have examined how cyclostationary signatures can be used to create a novel method of dynamic control channel design, and we have shown how this design enables the construction of impromptu network coalitions between geographically distributed independent service providers. The system proposed in this article is an example of a more decentralized and ad hoc network construction process whereby temporary service can be offered to users without a huge amount of preplanning or overhead. We have also seen how these systems can use DSA techniques to exploit inherent geo-locational disparity in spectrum and achieve greater
