Comments on “A New Chu Formula for Q” [Letter to the Editor]
Abstract :
In a recent paper, Hansen and Collin used field theory to derive the Q of modes excited by currents on a spherical surface. Their results confirm previous results obtained using circuit models derived exactly from field theory. The following comments are intended to clarify some items in regard to these papers.
