Abstract :
An extension is made to the filter synthesis based on trisections to the general case in which a number of transmission zeros can be placed at different real frequencies without any restriction. To validate the proposed transformation between the trisection and its equivalent ladder network, a seven degree three-trisection filter has been synthesised
