Personalized web search by generating and mapping two user profiles

Web Search Engines have become an essential tool to explore the internet resources. Search engines serve all people in the same way, regardless of the individual needs. Personalized web search is an effective means of providing unique results to different users. User Profiling is a fundamental tool of any personalization applications. Most of the personalization techniques focus on the creation of one single user profile and apply the same profile to all of the user´s queries. This research paper presents a new approach to the personalized web search by creating two user profiles to every user and map the two profiles to create an effective user profile. Based on this, new consolidated user profile, it is possible to get more personalized web pages.
