            Abstract : 
An optimum maximum-likelihood (ML) receiver structure for a fast frequency-hopped M-ary frequency-shift keying system over frequency-selective Rician-fading channels against partial-band-noise jamming and additive white Gaussian noise is proposed. In addition, we propose two suboptimum ML receivers and derive their corresponding analytical bit-error rate expressions.
