Abstract
Sufficient conditions for solvability of linear control system decoupling by static state feedback are given, in terms of integer relations. It is shown that these integer relations in the generic case are very simple. If the decoupling conditions are satisfied, a given algorithm for decoupling, based on solving systems of linear equations and “spending controls,” can be applied
