Abstract
Bistatic radar clutter levels from forested hills are presented. Measurements were made using copolarised transmitter and receiver antennas at vertical and horizontal polarisations viewing hilly terrain at depression angles between 0.5 and 2.0°. Observed clutter levels are 10-20 dB higher than similar results obtained at lower depression angles
