Abstract :
A general multivariable formulation of the adaptive noise canceller is presented. The optimum solution is found, from which simpler formulations can be derived. No assumptions were made about the geometry of the microphones and therefore a more realistic picture of the problem can be considered. In addition, a formulation for the output signals power has been derived.
