Comments on "Upper cutoff frequency of the bound wave and new leaky wave on the slotline" [with reply]

For original paper see J. Zehentner et al., ibid., vol.46, pp.378-86 (Apr. 1998). In the above paper, Zehentner et al. claimed the identification of a new previously unidentified leaky wave on the slotline. They also believe that their conclusions generally hold for other printed-circuit lines. Since their claim seems to be extremely important, we would like to share our considerations with them, as with other colleagues. A reply by Zehentner et al. is included.
