Abstract :
In general, the book by Prof. Eslami is unique and is considered to be a scientific monograph, a handbook, and a textbook in modern sensitivity theory. In this connection it can appear to be useful both for scientists engaged in studying system and control theory and for engineers who design new precise devices and systems. Some sections can be used by under- and postgraduate students. Finally, considering the fact that sensitivity theory is a highly multi- and interdisciplinary topic at the core of engineering and applied sciences, and as this claim can be supported by the extensive bibliography, we believe that the publisher should have lowered its price to make it affordable for most students around the world. We suggest that the publisher changes its marketing strategy for future editions of this book, since this topic is not highly specialized or only for the library use. Rather this book must be widely available to students.
