Abstract
The boundary element approach based on the dielectric Green function with Pade approximation is presented for the first time to compute the capacitance matrices for multiconductor interconnection lines in high speed multichip modules (MCMs). Numerical experiments show that this method is more efficient than those based on the total charge Green function
