Abstract :
The authors describe a state-of-the-art and innovative light-rail vehicle for the Greater Phoenix area in Arizona. The Phoenix 70% low-floor light-rail vehicle was designed and built by KinkiSharyo International LLC to reflect the needs of the unique operating environment found in Phoenix.
