Abstract :
A. L. Frisiani (fourth from left) of the University of Michigan is the 1962 winner of the Volta Scholarship presented during the AIEE Winter General Meeting in New York. The scholarship was established in 1927 by the Italy-American Society of New York to grant scholarships to outstanding young Italian electrical engineers for a year of study in this country.
