Abstract
Introducing object-oriented development methods into a large organization requires some special kind of methodological guidance. The paper discusses the AD-model (Application-Development model) which integrates modeling, programming, architecture, and process guidelines to provide a coherent OO development approach that can be applied to a wide range of projects. The paper considers its introduction in a large banking organization
