Abstract
The necessity of creating intelligent processing entities has become an important field of study for some researchers. Most of the time, it is difficult to decide what type of knowledge representation to use in order to find the best way to solve a problem. In the literature, there is always a competition to demonstrate that one type of knowledge representation is better than the other. Over the years, researchers have observed the weaknesses of each representation and the natural complementary properties of each knowledge type. Therefore, scientists have begun to design new systems by integrating different types of knowledge into a single system, called "hybrid." Hybrid systems are complex systems built by a collection of two or more simple systems.
