Abstract :
A novel 2/3 divider cell using a new phase switching technique is described. This circuit is very simple and could work under conditions of very high frequency and low power consumption. HSPICE simulation results show the proposed 2/3 divider cell has excellent performance and could be applied to gigahertz frequency range prescalers
