Abstract :
A highly modified Philips CM20 microscope has been used to study the magnetisation process in two CoPt alloys. The samples were imaged as a field was being applied, enabling a detailed description of the magnetisation process to be obtained. Magnetic resolution of approximately 50 nm was achieved throughout
