    In a movie, the hero creates an electric spark that ignites a chain reaction, leading to a plot twist. In the audience, we view this unfolding sequence as if it could actually happen. The special effects hold our attention and engage our emotions. We overlook inconsistencies that might disconnect us from the storytelling.
