Abstract :
A ceramic chip antenna using meander conductor lines has been designed, fabricated, and measured. The measured impedance bandwidth is 9.8% (1.85-2.06 GHz). It is increased to 19.1% (1.89-2.29 GHz) with an adjacent conducting plane. The radiation patterns are similar to that of a monopole antenna. The antenna gain is ~1.5 dBi
