Abstract
Analytical methods are developed to investigate the performance of handoff prioritisation in dynamic channel assignment with reserve channel dynamic allocation (DCA-RC-DA). Closed-form expressions are evaluated to calculate the new call blocking probability and the handoff failure probability. Analysis results are compared with simulation results and good agreements are observed
