Abstract
The efficiency of the adjusted load flow solutions is strongly affected by interactions which exist between the adjustments. The existence of these interactions is generally recognized, but until recently relatively little effort has been devoted to clarify their nature. An in-depth analysis of these interactions is presented along with methods to overcome their adverse effects on the adjusted solutions. Representative test results on several large power systems are also shown to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods
