Abstract :
In this issue of IEEE Control Systems Magazine (CSM), we speak with Sarah Spurgeon, professor of control engineering and head of the School of Engineering and Digital Arts at the University of Kent in Canterbury, United Kingdom, and a member of the Royal Academy of Engineering. Sarah´s research interests include sliding mode control, autonomous vehicles, rotating machinery, and biomedical rehabilitation.
