Abstract :
The 2nd IEEE Symposium on Wireless Systems, which evolved from the International Conference of Intelligent Data Acquisition and Advance Computing Systems, is staged in Offenburg University, again. We very much regret that the original plan to see this second edition in Odessa (Ukraine) could not be implemented.
