Abstract :
This article presents the results obtained through two methodologies (individual and clustered) for the characterization of electricity consumers which were developed under an R & D project. The two developed methodologies provide support for the analysis of consumer load curves in the various areas of the company. The load curve data used here were obtained from actual measurements conducted in a measurement campaign. Some residential, commercial, industrial, rural and government consumers, representing the universe of approximately three million and five hundred thousand low voltage consumers, were measured. The proposed methodologies presented satisfactory results for the characterization of both individual and clustered consumers considered in the analysis.
