Abstract
This paper presents a methodology for the synthesis of a switched-device-based controlled sinusoidal voltage source. The sliding mode control leads to a robust behavior against load variations. The ellipsoidal switching surface allows a faster (time suboptimal) tracking of the sinusoidal reference under amplitude and/or frequency reference changes.
