Abstract :
This paper presents a methodology and the developed software for sensitivity analysis, which allows the determination of the modeling parameters that affect the performance of the fault locators. The here presented approach is proposed as a strategy to reduce the effect of model dependence on fault location methods. The developed software is based on a cooperative strategy between ATP and Matlab, where ATP is used as modeling software of electrical distribution systems and Matlab as tool for the data processing.
